The expensive one is the oil filter
Replacing the fuel filter is not a big issue, but I would suggest you do it with a warm engine.
Remove the filter housing and clean it out with a detergent of your choice, flush with water or whatever and wipe it dry (make sure to get all the water out). This was recommended to me by the Opel garage I use - you will see black deposits of dirt at the bottom. After successfully cleaning the housing, refill it with fresh diesel (or two stroke oil!) put the new filter element in and the lid on. The engine should start quickly when it does bury your foot to the floor (that's why it the engine has to be warmed up) to draw the fuel.
