    Default Big Thumbs up for hid-direct

    Bought my hid kit from them few months back but was abit wary after reading bad things about them

    Needless to say there aftersales service and delivery has been spot on. Had a problem with one of my hids turnings itself off after a few seconds, after abit of swopping parts about I figured it was the canbus capacitor as it worked perfectly without it.

    Contacted them Friday night and got an email within the hour saying they would have a new one with me by Monday, and sure enough it arrived today, if only all companies could be that good!

    So anyone thinking of getting a kit from hid-direct they get a big thumbs up from me

    Glad you had a good experience. Mine wasn't as good, I probably won't use them again.

    We had a few problems with them in the beginning which took along time to resolve and many heated arguments. Had problems with the hids more recently and I just can't fault the customer service. They seem to have turned a corner. Found them very helpful and super fast turn around on replacement parts

    Ideally they shouldn't be sending you faulty parts in the first place. That is the making of a great company, not their customer service who deals with the complaints / problems later on. Anyone can apologise and say sorry for sending you an inferior part, but far better to send you something that works correctly and is reliable in the first place.

    What ever happened to Quality Control?

    I agree with what your saying, but things break regardless of how well there made. It dosen't help that there all mass produced in china with very little quality control i would imagine
