    Default Trade Card Prices

I'll start off with a few, and others can add to it, so ppl can see how much they can save, and see how the club can slaughter even motor factor prices.

    My last buys are these.

    Rear Brake Pad Set = £14 +vat

    Dipped Beam Bulb = £2.88 +vat

unles you're a company you can't .. VX won't recognise you as trade and give you access to the REAL discounts..

several of us on here do have access to it thou..

And VV, i don't see the point of publishing all the prices, might as well just scan the book in.. .. without the account numbers they can't get the prices we can, so why rub it in??

Good idea, just it's a bit 'them and us'..

Vx trade card, you normally need to be a business to register, but that doesn't stop you going in and registering as a builder or similar, wont normally ask you to prove it, if they do, just say you dont have any papers on you right now, and you will come back later.

It is interesting to see how much Vx rip off the general public though...

For example, LMF do a 314mm brake upgrade kit for just over £300, whioch includes calipers, pads, ventilated discs and a full set of clips, bolts, etc to fix them with.

Went into the local stealers yesterday, just to find out how much it would be to buy the parts separately. The calipers alone were £200 EACH!

    Steve,

contact the local dealer to you and enquire about tradeclub registration.. they will want to know the nature of your business, and a few other questions, but they should enrol you easily enough..

The large savings are only on service items thou, and only the faster moving lines.. if you want a thingumy for your car and it's not in the book, then it's all down to the dealers discount scheme for your firm..If folks hope to join this scheme and get ££££'s of irmscher bit's they'll be sadly disappointed..

Ohhh, thats OK then.. Having just spent a fortune on VXR Parts, I wouldnt have been happy to find out I could have saved another 30% with a 'card'

If its for bits and pieces then I will probably not bother too much...
