    Default iS1, iS2, iS3

I asked this question on VVOC whilst this site was down and got a few replies which did help but I am looking for clarification on this and if the following is correct.

iS1: Front splitter, rear boot spoiler, Rear quads

iS2: Front splitter, rear boot spoiler, Rear quads, side skirts

iS3: Front splitter, rear boot spoiler, Rear quads, side skirts, wheels

Is this correct or is there something I have missed out?

If my memory serves me correctly 'is' stands for Irmscher Styling and the 1,2 and 3 refers to the packages mentioned above.

They were available for the corsa and astra at the time as Gary3306 was selling an is1 pack for a corsa a few years back so no it's not just the signums it was for.

i35 was to celebrate 35 years of irmscher products and was available for the Vec and Signum which was basically the is3 pack with a few extra's including the famous i35 lasered grille

The i500 was either available as a 3.0 cdti with irmscher tuning box (ian c's) or a supercharged 3.2 v6 (not in the uk) and had the special side skirts with wheel arch flares and i500 front bumper and custom interior

So in short is1,2 and 3 were standard cars with the full irmscher kit fitted afterwards whereas the i35 and i500 were actually made by irmscher.

Now i'm not saying what i've said is 100% accurate but you get the gist

I have seen your iS3 mate, looks very smart. I was just wondering what needed to be doen to qualify for the the different numbers and if Vec's can be classed as one at all.
