    Default elite alloys

    as you no my insurance company will not let me mod the car, but lol will let my paint my alloys, i have a 2.2 direct elite in silver i was thinking off getting them done black as the car is silver is it worth it or leave it till i can mod a car

    I'd be changing insurance company personally

    To answer your actual question, it's all about your own personal taste, personally I hate black wheels, but loads of people on here love them and that's the point of modding, you do what "YOU" like.

    thanks guys not till next sep but it was the cheapest i could find at £1696 fully comp as i have only passed since september and 26 bit dissapointed now wish i had bought a sri and not an elite

    Did they specify they'll let you paint them any colour, or only to the same spec colour that they should be for an Elite?

    nope i said i was gonna paint them powder coat and they said i had to pay them 25 quid admin fee and if they got stolen they would only cover the wheels and not the paint lol pmsl
