Engine noise louder than it was before timing belt was replaced

I just had my timing belt replaced by the dealer today, and now my engine sounds like I don't have an exhaust manifold, above 2,000RPM. There is no ticking, just vrooming. Can I still drive it, should I be worried, what is it, and how to fix it? It's a 2003 V6 3.2.
Is this problem very common each time you replace the timing belt and it needs sometimes for the new belt to settle in?

Mine was the same after as it was before, sounds like something they have done.
