Default i found somet in my glove box:(

bought a 207 s yesterday brought it home or well back to work and decided to clean it up today.went to clean it and looked in the glove box to find 11 real bullets not even been shot of.lol whats the world coming to ? thought do i bin them or throw them down a grid.my mind was puzzled.then though no way what happens if a kid gets hold of them and throws them on a fire and someone cops for it.so done the decent thing took them to next door unit the police who ride bikes.they say there live alright that ones a 555 or somet and that ones a 222 bullet.so i said you might aswell have them since i found them but they said oh no we carnt take them mate youll have to take to police station,so i trot of to police station give them in and at 9.00 tonight i get a phone call saying i have to meet at the showroom to let them take the car awaygutted.they did say ill get it back and hopefull very soon.now dont no if i done right thing or not giving them the bullets as now im 2650.00 downall i can do is hope the cid get on with it fast and give it me back

If they match any crimes they will want to find who had the car at the time.

You could be storing up future trouble for yourself if it has firearms markers on PNC, or any other markers for that matter. If you give a following patrol car any reason to request a moving vehicle check, then the markers will be relayed to the Officer who will then stop you to check on the occupants. If it's got existing markers on it, I can guarantee you that that will always be the case.

Of course, you're perfectly legit, but the Officer won't know that so you may find yourself getting stopped and checked fairly regularly

I'm not sure that a HPI check can interrogate the police national database, i thought it was just outstanding finance. it stands for Hire Purchase Information
