    Default Wonderwheels - Hot wheels...

Anyone used this? I picked some up cheap in Tesco.

Previously tried the "Wonderwheels - Universal" which was pretty rubbish.

My poor alloys have been neglected for a while!

I bought Wonderwheels some time back, never used it due to doubts as to suitability. Been using Meguiars Hot Wheels for a couple of years, good stuff.

If your rims are very bad and neglected, i'd use it the once to cut through the grime that no amount of regular soap will. But once youve got them clean, polish them to death dont use it again. Regular use can and will screw the laquer and initiate corosion around areas like the valves and nuts.

urgh, don't like the sound of that.

    Thanks guys.

Reckon I'll give it a blast to get rid of the worst of the dirt, but rinse off quickly with the pressure washer.

I used to use it all the time too, and rinse it properly before washing them again with soap to make sure it was all off....still took its toll on the laquer after a couple of years. It's not so bad once every blue moon
