Matt neal was though , the honda civic,s are so overloaded with ballast plus having there turbo boost turned down they are no longer competitive .
So once again plato wins , personally i cant stand the bloke and at the end of the day BTCC is poorer because the true best team is not allowed to compete .
Driving vauxhall,s for 30 + years
and still loving it
agreed,.. I miss the early 90's of this wonderful sport,.. it's gone to the dogs now unfortunately - but I still watch it!!
And yet next time at silverstone the chevy wont get a look in.
so jp will be vocal.
Comeon people... the rules are as fair as they can get for parity right now.
The honda with ballast lifted and standard boost will and has driven past i everything in the field ... parity? ??
Even at the last round you look how the hondas started at the back and still blasted most of the opposition.
I predict 1: neal. 2: jp. 3: sheddon
With one revision
1 neal
2 sheddon
3 nash
plato disqualified for over winging

ah my bad... I didn;t see ALL the coverage, but did see him smiling after his races!
Yes, takes a lot for Matt Neal to moan. The main complaint was always that the Turbo cars (but only the Honda's, not Mat Jackson or Frank Wrathall) can just drive past the others on the straight, but with all the restrictions, they couldn't even close with the leaders. obviously no longer competitive, just like Plato was whinging some months back.......
Still enjoyed it, and Plato is a good driver, just can't stop whining when he doesn't win 2 out of 3 of each set.
yep to many long straights at Silverstone for JP to win ..(GREAT!!!!!)...
I can't stand Jason Plato, Everytime this year i've put BTCC on that idiots been moaning, so i turn it over, can't watch him on Fifth Gear either, Complete numpty!
I agree, BTCC of the 90's was a lot better and more entertaining than the current BTCC..
