Lights Flickering

Hi all hope im in correct section when engine running on idle lights flicker and slight juddering of the car just check voltage on battery when everything off its at 14.45 volts when everything on ie lights radio heater the voltage drops to 14.35 could i have a problem with my alternator which i replaced in january. To me, the alternator sounds healthy. 14.4 volts is about right and it doesn't drop much voltage when on load.

It sounds more likely to be an idle speed regulation issue or something else related to an engine ancillary.
