Default What have you done to improve your scabby interior door handles?

Mine are scratched to ******y... Looking dreadful...

Anyone done anything clever to make them look nice again? Would love to see some pics.

Been told to carbon wrap them, but it wouldn't really suit my car interior (it's got the fake wood trim)

The plastic parts of the door cards behind the handles are scrapped to death too, anyone know if these can be removed from the material part of the card for painting/carbon wrapping?

Got to sort these out soon, they really ruin the look of the car! P*sses me off that Vauxhall put such a shoddy flimsy coating on components which get constantly touched.

You can always wrap them in just a coloured gloss or matt vinyl wrap to suit your wood trim

i done mine, first in carbon, but didnt like the look of it, then went black matt, which looked ok, then i got some vinyl that is a close match to the original, being a self employed signwriter with loads of vinyls, i am spoilt for choice of colours lol

the black i done matches perfectly with the steering wheel control sections on the steering wheel, that grey was peeling off them too, so i rubbed the lot of lol, nice black finish now lol

i prefer the black i had tbh, but the g/f wanted the grey vinyl, so she won lol. the black breaks up the grey of the door if you ask me
