    Default Handbrake slipping

I had my rear brake pads changed about 3 months ago and they have never really settled in.

If I park on any kind of gradient it has to stay in gear.

Does anyone have any ideas? Can it be tightened at all?

Its self adjusting mate. Get it on the flat, and pull the handbrake three or four times without your foot on the footbrake. If that fails, get the pads out and make sure there seated correctly and there is no contamination on the pads.

Did you fit the pads yourself, as your supposed to wind the rear piston in and not push it in like the fronts, if you push them in it can mess with the handbrake working properly.

yeah i have phoned them, they are pretty good fair play.

I just need to give them a call when in the area and they will have a look.

    Best option I think
