That looks like the Saab setup on the 1.9TTID, smaller turbo for low end poke and then the bigger turbo for high end power.

Saw that years ago when the vec c first appeared - very quick 6.4 to 60 but the gear box could not handle the torque produced so was never put into production!

that opc vectra is very nice - would love that bumper for mine - not to sure on the smurfskin interior though, that signum wouldnt be that hard to replicate either just a modified bonnet and grill with an insert in the headlamps
