vectra 19cdti (150) intercooler hose's mod????

hi i was wondering if any one out their in vectra land has done the intercooler pipe replacement on the 19 cdti,and if they have what parts they used,and ie the size/diameter of silicone pipe and metal pipes
i am going to do this on mine as i have just got the hissing under throttle noise and looking under the bonnet their seems to be some oil on the top right side of engine near the hose(as you look at it)as well
any info please cheers
