    Default Fuel Computer Problem

I've just done the reset ECU trick, to see if it mae any difference to the car (i.e disconnect the battery for 1/2 hour) and everything seems to work ok again, radio, CD, clock etc......except the fuel conputer is showing a capital "F" on all of the settings (inst consumption, range etc...). Any ideas how I can get it working again? Its a CD30 by the way...
    Thanks
    Andy

Give it a while, restart and it should go away.

I got an F on mine last year, doing that sorted it.

Thanks chaps....the missus just gone to the shops in it so I'll check when she comes back (hopefully she wont noticed its bugered!)

So anyway, didnt have to put a code back into the radio, and the clock set itself to the right time after 5 mins. I did try the fuel comp reset a few times but didnt make any difference. Still had that "F"....

Anyway, driving the car......not sure if it made any real difference, maybe a little, its very hard to tell. I think its worth doing anyway as it dont cost anything!! Also I hadnt reset the ECU since I did the air box mod a few weeks ago....
