Drivers side regulator has twisted probably beyond repair, quick look on the bay reveals a replaement will only cost around £30.
Question is how do you remove the old one?
Looks like it could be a ballache as there aren't many gaps in the doorskin

hiya,
did you manage to fix the above as i have the same issue?
Thanks
Matt
I took it to national windscreens with the doorcard off and the guy fixed it for £20
Its riveted on drill the rivets out once new one is in place use bolts to put it back on unless you have a rivet gun.
I didn't replace mine, just had it fixed, which basically involved having it pulled back into shape and new rivets put in, touch wood it's been spot on ever since
Fab, did they have to take the whole regulator out to straighten it? Looks like the top left rivet has come away and looks a little squiff so im gonna try and straighten it where it is and rivet it back into place and see if it holds!
Cheers for the info so far
Matt
Yes they had to , there is 6 rivets to drill out and can be a pain to remove old one putting new one in , due to limited space on behind door skin, and u need rivet gun to replace ones u've drilled out
