    Default Happy Man.....

Well I have just been to a mates house as he is stripping a pre-face GSI and I must say in rather good condition to. Well I couldnt pass the chance of getting my hands on some bits even if I need the cash for Florida in 2 weeks. Just means credit card will come into play for fuel out there haha.....
Well this is what I have, How much do you think I paid:
Full half leather interior (including doorcards, armrest), only fault with them is a 2 inch bit on the bolster on drivers seat worn but easy repair tbh. Other than that all in good condition.
Interior map light with sunglasses holder..
All the motors, switches, loom etc for the rear electric windows (including switches for front doors)

Also he is going to help fit the seats tomorow and bring mine back in his zafira.....Doorcards and electric windows will be fitted the weekend with the help of the how2's and anybody who is up for giving me a hand lol......

So yeah how much you think peeps? Its what this guy does for a side job...buys,repairs, sells or buys, strips and scraps. This one had had a small front end bash......Also as by law pics will be up tomorrow once fitted and My mint condition sri interior will be up for grabs, so keep your eyes open in for sale section if interested

Good find - one question though, has your car got the wiring/connections in the doors/B pillar for rear electrics? A lot of facelifts haven't, that's what put me off trying it.

I will find out tomorrow when I have a look, but as its a 2006 model there is a good chance it does, if not then I will be leaving the winders in tbh as its to much of a big job...If so there will be a full rear elec window set up going in the for sale thread lol.

Blast, if I'd seen this earlier I've got a couple of sets of Torx bits, just been sat all day doing monthlt budget and letters (ok I watched John Wayne "Rio Grande" while I was doing it). I have a screwdriver permanently in the boot with a set of Torx heads.
