    Default what would happen?

    What would happen if i took the DPF out of my vectra? Would i get any power gains and would i have to get it de coded from the ECU?

    ive read somewhere on here that u can get the DPF mapped out not sure on any power gains though
    VXR IS FOR LIFE NOT JUST FOR THRILLS !

    lol sound mate ive read up on something that it only comes on an estate? But i went to my mechanic as i have a hatch that its the DPF filter aswell. I thought i was just a middle box lol.

    well i dont know you got the cat from the turbo, flexi then the big box just staring at you saying 'cut me off' but i dont know thats why i come on here for advise

    It's the centre box mate silencer lol I took mine out if my diesel Vectra and my back boxes of aswell lol p

    Dumb mechanic said it was a DPF -_- silly ******* i will see the weekend if i have any spare pipe left over and go grinder happy lol

    If your hatchback is an auto it will also have a dpf.
