    Met him once at one of the sites I covered when he bought in his Honda hrv for service .....

    Shouted at everyone for not being ready and not knowing he was coming in....

    I intervened to diffuse a hostile "customer" and a sheepish advisor... And asked Mr croft which number he had called to book in and he produced a letter confirming his booking at the dealership.........









    45 miles away..... Now thats comic genius

    And he was truely sorry and a thoroughly nice chap and will be sadly missed
