    Default Unused wiring looms

Tried doing a search but dont have a clue what to type in the search bar so have to ask the question

While checking my pollen filter and scuttle drain i found wiring and a plug or 2 taped together to the left hand side of the pollen filter and to the right hand side another plug. Does anyone know what these are for?

I know this has been answered before but my mind is drawing a blank. Cheers guys.

The one on the right, of the pollen filter, is for the heated windscreen washers and the one on the left im sure is something to do with a climate control sensor.

It enrages me how they done away with heated washer jets but all they done is stopped plugging them in and deleted it from the brochures. Allegedly cars went on fire does anyone actually know if this happened?

The actual washers were at fault, but VX rectified the problem, you can still buy them from the dealers today.

Yeah i could believe that. I checked the last brochure which was released for the vectra and could'nt find a mention of heated washer jets.

Its quite funny how they were deleted yet yours has the loom, according to profile, on a 2009. I had to retrofit the actual loom. After last winter its heated jets for me this year.
