Thanks

Itll be fine though unlowered will look like a tractor
Bilstein B4's and Eibach pro springs are on the way.
Will fit fine.
I think mine are next!! Just about to get a set for my 2.2 estate. Same suspension kit ok or something a bit different?
Depends how far you want to lower it John. If you're happy with a 30mm drop (15mm more than SRi suspension) then there's loads of options, but for the estate there's only one option to go further without coilovers and that's what I've just done.
H&R make 40mm drop springs for the estate, I've combined those with Bilstein B6's. You're not that far from me, you're welcome to come take it for a spin if you want to feel how it handles.

Took a look and with Ians help I'll go for a B8 and Eibachs on a 40mm lower. These cars where built too high!
Eibach don't do 40mm lowering springs mate and no company's do them for the estate but one. As I said yesterday, you want the H&R ones if you want that and the same setup as mine. Although I've got B6's on mine not B8's.
