Default 19" VXR Alloys on a standard 1.9 CDTI

Hi, I am looking at a set of 19" VXR alloys for my 1.9 CDTI. Its not an SRI and it isnt lowered yet. Are there any clearence issues or will they be ok?

B8s or b6s are the ones to go with on eibachs. B4s aren't designed for lowered suspension

Depends how far you want to lower it John. If you're happy with a 30mm drop (15mm more than SRi suspension) then there's loads of options, but for the estate there's only one option to go further without coilovers and that's what I've just done.

H&R make 40mm drop springs for the estate, I've combined those with Bilstein B6's. You're not that far from me, you're welcome to come take it for a spin if you want to feel how it handles.

Eibach don't do 40mm lowering springs mate and no company's do them for the estate but one. As I said yesterday, you want the H&R ones if you want that and the same setup as mine. Although I've got B6's on mine not B8's.
