Erm, well I had the Stage II remap which included the following

    - K&N Panel Filter
    - Exhaust decat
    - 3" Downpipe conversion & decat
    - Iridium Spark Plugs regapped to 0.7mm
    - Larger Water Radiator
    - Insignia VXR Turbo upgrade

    All that gave 330 BHP & 417 Lb/ft in 4th gear and 432 lb/ft in 5th gear.

Well, for the Stage III you then need the larger intercooler and larger fuel injectors and a new remap.

For that you get 342 BHP and 430 Lb/ft

So thats quite lively, but I decided that I dont want that power all the time as what I have now is just right.

But I do want a LOT more power as and when I need it, which is why I'm going for a Nitrous Oxide Wet System

Ideally I want the NOS to provide around 380-400 BHP or as near as I can get to that, with an extra 50-70 Lb/ft more torque from 4500 RPM onwards
