rear discs

I noticed that the rear discs have like lines going round the discs and when run finger up the disc it not smooth anyone tell me what this means or they ment be like that

It means you should invest in a new set of pads and disc for the back, It may also mean that the caliper is seized but thats a rare thing now

So are the pads worn as they work fine no squeeks or out

I'd have said they'll be fine until the pads need replacing then do discs at the same time.nothing to worry about though quite normal.
