How do I get more blood from a stone?

Hi Guys

I have been mulling this over for a while now. I would like more power from my Vectra but I don't really see how.

I have a vec Facelift 2.2 Direct (Y22YH Engine), so far I have installed a air induction kit.

Talking with a few people who have said the same thing, No point in doing a Remap, wont get much. I understand that but is there anything else I can do.

A supercharger has been mentioned, I like the idea but from where?

Any suggestions?

What does it sound like with an induction kit mate is it a closed one or open u say and change in fuel usage and any probs with it

10-15bhp gain across the range would be noticeable and worth doing imo.
I am fairly sure that is around the expected gain on a 2.2direct map
It is just whether you think the price is to high for that much gain.
I looks like you have little choice other than a map anyway if you want to squeeze a bit more out of her.

apprently vortex do a supercharger for it...

I too have the 2.2 Direct Facelift, and i think its pritty quick seems to pull as well as any of my old V6 vectras
