    Default rear wheel bearings

    Hi all i know this has probably been asked many times and i have been searching but couldnt find an answer,i have an 05 plate signum elegance 1.9 cdti 150 is this what i need?

    Hi sticky yes thats the one i have used azparts a few times and allways been happy with the service and quality.the bearing is not a bad job to do the rear studs are a bit fiddley but ok ,you will need a socket universal joint to get on the nuts,about 1to1.5hours.

    you sure its bearings and not noisy tires?

    I thought mine were noisy too, then realized I have a week old MOT that would/should have highlighted this. Had a looksee on here any noisy tires, especially cheapies (like mine) can be noisy.

    I could have sworn it was noisy tyres and even told the mrs (as its her car) that it was tyres when she was adamant that it was bearings.Then the alternator goes and we swap cars and the noise is worse and there is clear play in both rear wheels.
