    Default Z19DTH Signum

    Hi Folks!

I'm Max, and living in Germany in a smal City, called "Witten" (Its the explanition for my User name! ;-))

    I'm driving a '04 Signum with the Z19DTH Engine!

My Signum has nearly everything! ^^

But, its not a perfect car for me, so i've to change a bit!

I've bought it with every Part original! Up to know, this is what I've changed:

    -Irmscher Spoiler
    -Tinted Rearlights
-Change Colour of the Inside Lights
-Change Brake from 285mm to 314mm mit Tarox G88 and EBC Green-Stuff and Golf R20 Brake clips
    -ESP-off button
    -Irmscher grill
    -selfmade dark Headlights
-dark LED Daytime running lamps instead of Foglights with GTS cover plates

Next jear I'll change My Rims to the Speedline Rims in 18inch coloured in anthrazit!

Now, pictures! I hope you enjoy it, Comments are Welcome, and sorry for my bad English! ;-)

@peadar: I like it too! ;-) But i think i will have steel brakepipes! I'd them in my old car, and i miss the feeling...

@RBH: Thanks a lot, it was a lot of work! The interior Light is in LED too, and its a bit like a 500W Spotlight! ^^ (12 PLCC6 LEDs in the front and 4 for the Rearseat)

At the moment i Change my numberplate coverplate. In germany you normaly have Plates that are 52cm long, but you can have shorter too, but its difficult to get some! But I have! (At the Moment 41cm but i'll change to 39cm) So, to Original Numberplate cover will abbreviate about 14cm! I think it will look better!
The Front bumper will loose the complete indentation over the Winter! I like the clean look... ;-)

This is a fake how it will look when its finish!

The needles are from an VW Polo 6N Facelift! They are the same like the Golf MK4 but without the red colour!

the same for the "non-german" folks: The brake clips fits, but the only reason is, that they are bigger, so i can repaint them with the "Signum" emblem!

Change Brakes from 285mm to 314mm is not ab big Action! It's just changing Brake discs, Brake calipers and the backplates! In case that you've got 17Inches Tyres in Winter, you also can take the OPC/VXR Brakes with 345mm! Smallest rim is 16inches!

Today, i got my "Fat-boy" to garage to change synchronous belt!

And i joke a bit around with photoshop! Hope you like it!

and here are the diffrents between 285mm and 314mm brake!

    New against old:

    und mal die neuen Sättel!

Just for testing with my new summer rims! ;-)
