    Default New family member

My daughter Tanya has been after a new car for a while now, and she's had her eye on one of these since they were launched.

So off we went down to the dealer this afternoon, and about an hour later walked out having done a deal on this little beauty.

Audi A1 1.6TDi. Got shirt loads of extras on it. Two years free servicing, 1 month free insurance from Audi. 4023 miles. They paid the deposit too. Only thing it hasn't got which she would have liked is cruise control, but I can OEM retro-fit that for her and code it in at work.

They are picking her up on Tuesday to go and get it and she jokingly said "Are you coming to get me in that.....?" and pointed to the R8 spider that was parked outside. He said, "If you want us to come and get you in that, then we will" You should have seen her face lol.

    Anyway, what do you think?

I like the front although the back and the silver bits are a bit radical. The premium you pay for an audi is'nt justified especially when you can buy seat/skoda or to a lesser degree VW with the same running gear/engine with more toys for less bucks.
