    Default exhaust gases light?

Hi, i wonder if anyone can help me. i have a 2007 vectra 1.8 sri. the exhaust gases light came on other day and the car seemed to struggle and while ticking over the engine really shakes. i had the coil pack changed new spark plugs.checked the compression on all cyclinders and all ok. the garage seem to think now its the injectors now but im not to sure. has anybody else come across this? cheers

Have you read the fault code that the EML has thrown up?

is an o2 sensor the same as a lambda sensor? if so i been reading online and the syptoms of one of them failing seem to be the same as mine. i also have a unburt fuel at the exhaust.

    Yes

Though to be 100% sure of the fault you should get the fault code read.

Heres the How2 on reading fault codes without a code reader.

Id be asking the garage how they figured it was the coil pack or spark plugs without reading the codes first.

0135 and 0136. Yup O2 sensor faults, 0135 for the first one and 0136 for the second sensor. Might be better just replacing the first one first, the one on the manifold, as that may be just causing the fault on the second one.
