3 button non flip key internals fit straight into a flip key shell???

As above there is a company on ebay selling flip key shells claiming it is just a straight swap over of the internals no welding or anything, to swap old type 3 button key into new flip key, does anyone know if its true?? And the internals are a straight fit.? Thanks guys

pity your not closer as i can get you a flip key made up and programmed for £65

I'd be up for that too. Me and Jow arnt far from each other, would it be worth your while I'd both of us had it done?

Right here we go I got the 3 button conversation shell of eBay was 15 quid I think will post a link for the one I got then I pulled my old blade out of my key as the new one is the wrong size I took it to a very good friend of mine who machined the end of my old key to the same as the flip key blade put it back together and bobs ya uncle job done
