DMF?

Well just picked my Signum up from dealer this morning.
All going well until I dipped the clutch in netrual, strange grinding/rattling noise halfway down, clear at bottom and top.
Sounds like DMF based on what i've read.
Got the 2 year extended Network Q warranty but can't get hold of dealer.
Am I right, regardless of the fact that i've just picked the car up 2 hours ago that Network Q do brakes, battery and clutch replacement on all cars they sell for 12 months or 20,000 miles?
Tried to speak to a NEtwork Q dealer closer to my hometown but they saying i've got to pay for diag to tell if it is covered.
Left a few msgs for salesman to get back to me but nothing yet.
Multipoint check before it leaves forecourt, of course they do

Just agree to pay. As if it's coverd there wint be anything to pay. Either that or take it back were you got it from
