    Default Manually open throttle body???

Is there a way to open the throttle directly from the throttle body and rev it from under the bonnet?

Oh I thought that was the flap that lets the main air in when you push the accelerator

Where would the cable be then to open the throttle?

Just after I regularly tinker in my engine taking components off and cleaning them etc, it would be good to be able to rev the engine from under the bonnet instead of getting the other half to come and press the accelerator, just when checking everything is ok and there are no funny noises and such.
