Help, Been ripped off for £200 (Tyne & Wear location)

Hi all

Does anyone live in or near Tyne and Ware, near Boldon Colleiry , NE36 9AX

I used a company on the internet to sell some old mobiles to for £200, 5 weeks later no payment, no response to my emails, there land line has been removed from the web site, www.selloldphone.co.uk who is owned by http://www.greenertomorrow.org.uk/greencontactus.asp who never answer there phone , and I can't get up there as I live the other end of the country,.

now looking on google its residential street , if any one lives locally are they able to go round and ask for my cheq, ? I can provide all the details for the cheq and will happily give a % of my money ?

Before anyone asked this is not offer to go break their legs, (thou would be nice LOL)

I just dont know what else to do , Trading standard at this point dont seem interested,

but so far I am out of pocket and waving goodbye to the funds for my birthday present that I had planned from my wife and two boys ,
