    Default Blower gsi 3.2

sorry if wrong thread area, but wont let me into the right one !!!!

any way my heater blower stopped working back in jan this year 2011, so took out rehostat control module only to find it in bits, corrosion, (drainage hole clear), bought a new one from our mates at vaux, £190 later !!!!!, and fitted, all back to working order.

But over the last 2-3 months its playing up again, I can hear all the vents doing their thing moving, air con works, hot and cold air when required.... but the fan is on very slow.........!!!!!!!!! Demist is very poor too slooooowwwww.

Can anyone tell me where the relevent relays are....??????
Or could it be the fan brushes them selves.... ?????
    any advice welcome.
    Thanks Colin.

like he said... the 7 speed doesn't have any form of 'resistive' control..and is done via blower control unit(transistor).. not sure if this unit has a fail safe(like 4 speed setup).. check connections etc.. if ok try connecting 12v direct to the fan and see how it runs..if ok at 12v.. and blower control ok, check connections back to AC control... but my guess is filter or blower control unit.
