Got Crashed into on friday

Some fool in a volvo crashed into me at 4am

the useless **** got out and said i drove into him yet he just didnt look in his mirrors and swiped the side of me

i got his details so going through the solicitors..
The bottom picture is where it happened.. the reflection on the road is my mirror glass.. i was in that lane and the guy obviously decided he wanted to be there and just drove into me

So door is dinted and paint burnt, wingmirror and internals all smashed, wheel damaged, wing damaged and side repeater smashed off

The idiot! I hate people who blaim others when they know they are to blaim! Ive just won an 11 month battle, an 95 year old wi catterax drove into my side when i was stationary and blaimed me!!! I finally won as he wouldnt attend court as they probably would have banned him if they saw him! Hope you get it sorted bud, how did you get on with vxr bumper?

Sprry about the car, did he exchange details? Hope you get it sorted to your satisfaction. Some real idiots on the roads.
We went on the back road to Shrewsbury this afternoon, 60mph road, happily on cruise at 50mph. Dozy woman in a Pug 306, half way round a tight s bend, saw me coming then pulled out and did 25mph for 1/2 mile. Saw Vec upher chuff, floored it and stayed over 60mph - so why not get up to speed when she pulled out?

Yeah vxr bumper is fixed and primered.. ready to be resprayed when car gets repaired.. and i was going wild

Thanks mate, yeah i probably will as ive got nowhere to keep a bumper lol.. spoke to solicitors this morning and there giving his insurance company a ring today so i should find out where i stand..
