Gearbox and Gearbox Oil question

Hi All

I have a 8V 1.9 CDTi... with a 103 k on the clock... I am about to do a full service. Do we think its a good time to do its first gearbox oil change?

If so will it just need 2.4 Litres?

Also... What is the recommended oil? is it 75W90?

I put in just 2.4ltrs when I replaced mine. And yes I'd do it at that mileage.

B&Q had in stock at the time @£11.99 earlier this year.

Follow the "how to" on here and you should be fine. Oh and BTW there's no need to remove the battery box etc, or buy new fill/drain plugs mine was fine reusing the original, providing you don't chew them up removing em.
