If you can remove and refit the camshaft yourself then yes, if not then no

its a no then, how much would a garage charge for this? and is it worth changing any other parts why they do it?

Take a look at the above over on vvoc, it contains a link to a how2 on changing dti injector seals.
been quoted £280 to replace injector seals on my dti seems to high i think whats the max you would pay?
I had mine done 2 years ago and was charge £87 for the seal kit, then not sure on labour as I had other work done including recovery!!! That's an independent mobile mechanic, so I'm thinking even with labour £280 is steep!
ive got 1.9cdti 120 done my self cost 87p for washers from vx
