Unplug the multiconnector plug from the fog light and see if the contacts are wet and corroded.

If the other fog light is working then the fuse is ok.

The water may have dried out, but have you checked the contacts and tried cleaning them if dirty / corroded?

Is it an exclusive? If so only the R/H side one will be working. Pul off the L/H connector to the light and see if there is a wire missing? I have recently discovered this as advised by someone on here. Advised to run a wire from the other side after fitting a pin in the connector. (Available from Maplin apparently.

All Vectra-C's by default only have one working rear fog light. It's not just something that the Exclusive trim spec has over other trim spec models.

But as said, the OP is asking about the front fogs, not the rear one.
