Insignia Hatch & Saloon Doors the same?

Ok, so a random question - I need to try and get hold of a chrome window trim for the passenger side rear (lovely little shiny dent there at the moment) and have seen a few breakers with hatch's in stock.. mines a saloon - does anyone know if the rear doors are the same and the part will fit?

Yeahh they are identical, Learnt that on the Insignia training a few years back when i worked for Vauxhall
