    Default z20net tuning!?

im thinking of upgrading my turbo from the z20net engine to a td04 as it is a saab engine and they use these turbos on their aero cars. i have heard it is a bolt on jobbie but am not sure so would like some further info before i by the turbo and will anything else be needed to compensate for the bigger turbo? any ideas guys please

Oil and water lines will be needed and you will also need a new map to cater for the turbo I am lead to believe. You should speak with Neobrothers as they are best placed to help u.

LOL yes and brakes and suspension.

In a nut shell you are looking at about stage 4 upgrade with Neo (265 bhp with 370 nm), turbo, lines, injectors, exhaust roughly £2200 and then fitting.

This offers at most around 20 - 30 bhp more than stage 3 (injectors, filter, 2.5" cat back system) which without new turbo comes in around 220-230 bhp 365NM

Vehicle : Vectra and a Signum

Trim : top of the line in both

    Engine : Z18XE,Z19DTH,Z20NET

    Year : 2006

    Default

381cc green injecters (siemens Deka), the turbo, oil and water lines and the ECU map update to deal with it all. Labour charges and VAT put a nice little cherry on top of the bill unless you do it yourself.
