front shocks

hi everyone i need help i brought a set lowering springs for my vecthey have been on for the last month but the last week when iv bin driving along if i hit a dip in the road to me it seems like the shock bottoms out on the front.
What can i do im unsure what shocks i need to get i've looked on here at some threads saying i need shortened shocks but then people say you dont

if you have only lowered with -30/35mm drop you will be fine on standard shocks... some will say go for bilstien, I'm happy with the monroe reflex

its bin lowered 45mm

then ideally you want shorter shocks, the majority on here tend to go with bilstien b6... have a look on the lmf website
