    my mate has a clio 2001 1.5dci its knocking a lot on driver side front and leaning down slightly is this spring f****d am replacing it 2moz but just want no if could be out else

    I'm no mechanic but from the knocking noise I would have said CV joint especially when turning but with the car leaning slightly it could be a busted/damaged shock absorber?
    sorry cant be off more help, impossible 2tell without a proper look.
    Don't iron out a combination of problems, could be more than 1.

    It knocks wen just moving littlest bump in road and knocks like a rubble

    Could be a range of things to be honest, anything that's not right can cause a knocking or rumbling noise.
    I'd try narrow it down to exactly where the noise is coming from.
    Maybe the wheel bushing(could be just dry, no lube) or drop link pins, i dunno but try shaking/rocking the suspected wheel and listen for where it originates.
    Even using the old screwdriver against the ear job may narrow it down4 ya.
    I'd imagine its the spring/shock absorber(maybe fluid leak?) if the cars tilted on the flat tho.

    Spring has a crack on bottom of it so that must be the cause
