Its 2 tubes/grades of T cut/polish & 4 tiny sheets of P1200 wet & dry silicon carbide paper for a hell of a lot of cash, oh yes & a tiny cloth to use.
Beter off with standard T cut n polish. I wouldn't personally recommend it from my results. god knows how they get BMW to say they use it?
a load of crap then lol
G3 if your doing it by hand.
I have some scratches so I'm looking for optimum scratch removal system. I see lots of confusing reviews for Quixx, some say it's not even permanent.
Other product I'm looking at is Meguiar's ultimate compound. Did anyone tried any of them? Are they permanent solution or it gets washed over time?
tnx
I used Meguire's Ultimate Compound on my old estate. Brought it up an absolute treat. With it being a compound, it sands the clearcoat down, so it is a permanent fix.

x2 the megs is a great product...
i found it very easy to use..
Is megs ultimate compound easy to use by hand (not machined) and does it need to be finished off with a top coat of wax.
is it wash and dry the car then apply megs compound, a lot of elbow grease to restore the paint work and finish it off with a top wax, and how would I maintain the finish.
It's about time I got the car bright and shiny
I believe you always have to seal the paint after compounding.
I didn't use it by hand unfortunately, so I can't comment. But based on the consistency of the compound, I'd say it's pretty easy to spread but a lot of elbow grease to get the effects you desire.
Wax seal or something else? Ordered Ult. Compound today and thinking of Turtle wax color magic blakc for paint seal. Shoukd I use something else instead?
