    Default possible insurance problem

After my accident on saturday evening, ive made a claim today, after an hour and half on the blower im a little worried there not gonna pay out.

    Circumstances

Aprroachin left hand bend doing approx 30mph back end slid out on me, tried my best to restore control but couldnt, and slammed into a fence then telegraph pole. it had just rained so road was very slippy, this is the only thing i can put the accident down too. They asked me lots of questions about what happened and i fully explained the above.

They asked me do i admit liability, i said i dont know what to say as i wasnt speeding, i knew the bend well and have quite a lot of driving experience.

Im just worried there going to say no know

    whats your opinions guys

Where you the only car involved?

Are there any pictures of the road showing why it was slippery?

    Are you fully comp?

If your driving within the law then they cant say no.

    Be fine

My missus spun her car twice on snow before hitting a crash barrier sideways. No problem at all with insurance. Car fixed within 2 weeks.

I think they just want you to confirm that you admit liability - in sense that you are not going to seek to claim off or blame anybody such as Council for road condition or tanker for example for fluid spill. If you had evidence of some event that caused you to crash then they would no doubt pursue it if they have another party to go for. If there is nothing and you lost control and can't explain then you just admit liability.
