dash board/ dials not working??? :(

Update clocks dropped out again after 2 weeks however found a great auto electrian who knew the fault straight away. He replaced a failed component on the clocks £80 took 30mins and sorted.

Update.... Clocks still working fine company I used is called dashtec in batley

Thanks for this post, this monday morning started exactly with this problem. Reading comments I thought will end up paying up mechanic, but luckily cleaning 17 and 26 fuse sorted the problem. Will disconnect battery and clean them all, just to avoid further problems.

Mine pulled this stunt on me today. Pulled away early this morning, still dark, and realised a couple of yards up the road that I had a door open, warning light on. Pulled over, hopped out and checked all the doors, back in and the light is still on. So I turn the ignition off and back on again at which point it became apparent. I had absolutely nothing on the instrument cluster except the red light for the door. I had important places to go, so reckoning the car is running fine. I continued my journey using my Garmin satnav for speed indication. Once I got there, I did a quick online search and found this thread, and sure enough after removing and replacing F10 it all spring back to life. Only difference is I lost a few miles of the journey from the odometer reading whilst the cluster was off
