Very easy to fit. Just check, check and double check before drilling the holes. When i've fitted to previous cars just bought cheap kit off ebay about £16, come with hole cutting bit. Come in quite a few colours. Im lucky on my vectra it came with front and back sensors as standard.

Well the auto electician I use (used) who put my xenons in, said to fit rear sensors..
    259 not painted. 279 painted..
Cars black anyway so I'm not that fussed
I told him I'd think on it.. And now seem glad I did, ripp off !
Unless he was fitting some top of the range ones who knows??
Two of the managers at my work had them done by him and paid that much, does seem alot though.

I wouldn't trust myself to drill holes in my car lol, I can just about do it in wood!! (I'm a joiner)

Ha! That is a rip of that! A garage would probably charge 2 hours labour to fit them, even though it should only take 1. If you don't mind traveling from Manchester I'll happly do them for the price of a pint...

Get the gadgetman sensors of eBay, come already painted in a choice of colours for about £15, work really well and don't hear about problems with them. A decent mechanic should easily be able to do them in under a hour

Woah 15 quid haha, mate I owe you one,
what the hell was that auto electrician thinking got 270??!!

Obv he was trying to ripp me off but to be honest normally he's sound and it's like his standard price as like I say he did two lads at work for the same price..
Even if it's a top notch one,
a parking sensor is a parking sensor really?

I bought a £20 set off ebay and they are great! Done it without removing bumper and it is spot on, just measure 10 times, drill once lol!

If anyone is near Wirral area and needs a touch fitting them I'm happy to help
