My friend found an old can of fuel with about 20L in it.
Its around 3 years old....
My plan was to use it in my 1.8 Vectra LS 03 plate.
Just wanted to know if its a BIG no no.... or if anyone knows what I can do to liven it up.

I would reserve it for cleaning use only or for the lawn mower
Not sure but i think petrol goes off ie after a long period it carnt be used.
it loses its octane rating goes off... be ok for strimmers n mowers tho.
Personally I'd chuck it in when the car was 1/2 - 3/4 full.
If you intend keeping it stored there's an additive you have to put in - well, there was for the old classic cars and 4 star. Otherwise as said, don't use it in your car.
Is there anything I can put in it.... RedEx.... Also im guessding using a higher octane fuel at the pump will help...
I understand you guys being helpful.... But I really need the fuel tonight... And I got no money till Monday.
If it's any help, Its been stored in a lock sealed steel jerry can.
May I ask the question? What's the worst that could happen....
We talking fuel filter and tank drain.... Or is it gonna mess with the engine block?
Worst that could happen is your car will run like a bag of spanners and cut out.

I'd be very surprised if your car will run on it, even if you had say, 40 litres in the tank, it would be like having water in it, adding this.
The correct additive for keeping it ok should be added at start, no good now, chemical composition willl have changed.
Ahh ******... well at least I've got 20Liters of cleaning fluid out of this.
