Found this on ebay (sorry if this is the wrong section to post this in)...
My questions are... Can I retrofit this into my Vectra C 2004 LS (half can) and what will be involved in doing this?

That stereo is actually full can but yes I believe it can be retro fitted. Don't see the point though as its not very good. For that price you could get a nice parrot kit and a decent tomtom.
Agree or even a double din with Bluetooth and a Tom Tom
for that price, get a chinese system and buy a serparate colour CID
Ture... I just want somethign which looks factory but gives me more than I have...
Idealy i want a double din but am strugeling... The ones that sit flush and look great are close to 900 etc when they come loaded with GPS... or I can look at the Extronics kit but I don't like the way the bottom of them sits out from the display etc..
I have been looking now for the better part of 3months and still am no further forward...
If my care was full can I would consider getting the CD70 system and attaching the MP3 lead to it along with the blue tooth. But as my car is poverty spec wiring that is not an options..
It wouldn't be a straight swap, it would need a lot of additions to the wiring. That stereo in your link is a canbus stereo (even though it was fitted to halfcan cars) - thats why it doesn't need a radio code.
You could buy mine from the for sale section for a lot less than that ;-)
Get a beat one flush and flat looking 179 pounds eBay fully loaded even got a dab radio
You cant fit it, it will be a bit of work to put it in (depends on your current radio).
I know this is simply down to me being stupid but I cant find your sale thread...?
I had looked at the beat radio but no one has fedback about it in terms of its connection to the Vectra... Can it connect to the stearing wheel controls etc???
