Ah, Ok Dave. Maybe something worth thinking about for when you AutoGlym products run out.

how do you know that Dave - i didn't think there were any telltale signs of it being applied?Originally Posted by ukanalyst

I don't 'know' Harry and don't know how I could prove it conclusively which is why I haven't driven back across to the dealers in North Yorkshire. But the reasons I suspect it may not have been applied are:Originally Posted by Harry
- When I picked the car up at 7:00 on a weekday evening the dealer filled out and signed the certificate that says it has been done there in front of me
- Part of what should be done includes adding screenwash 'booster' - there was nothing other than plain water in my screenwash
- When I got bird muck (fresh but dry as in been on the car no more than an hour or two) or other marks on the car it took some significant effort to get this off.
- Some little 5h1ts decided to pub an egg on my car bonnet a couple of weeks ago while it was parked and it took a lot of effort with a microfibre cloth and about an eighth of a bottle of Megs Speed Detailer to get this off (again the egg could have been on the car for no more than an hour)
- Liquid doesn't appear to bead up on the carpet inside the car like it did on a previous car I had SureGuard applied to
