blown fuse?

how do i find out if i blown a fuse or amp? Is there any simple test i can do?
My aircon unit has no power going to it but all wiring is fine. Also my interior lights are no longer coming on. I did hijack onto these with some led's and thinking thats maybe what blew the fuse's how do i check them tho? I have an 08vectra estate 1.9CDTI

the easiest way is with a multimeter,otherwise remove fuse a fit the next good fuse into the carrier

Should be able to see the fuse wire has blown.

if your going to swap fuses with something make sure it's the same amp fuse.
